It's been sold for the majority of weeks since TTK came out. I doubt that the people who didn't buy TTK don't have all [b]three[/b] yr1 heavy weapons by now.
He should be guaranteed to sell armour engrams.

Who wants a collection of shit in their vault anyway, only people who buy them do so by mistake. Bungie want less coins in the game so it balances out

100 coins!? I thought they were around 30. Jk. Sure it's steep, but they don't really have anything else to spend them on... If you just play maybe 1-3 hours a day (not even that TBH) and do bounties, you should have more than enough coins to buy atleast 1 engram for 1/3 possible exotics. Sure they could buy 3oC, but they're useless since the exotics they get are yr2 anyways.
