Cheating
So. This little hunter glitch. It needs to stop now. People who are willing to use it iron banner especially right now. Need to be banned permanently. For example. Our team was up by bout 5000 then all of a sudden. Two hunters on the opposite team used the hunter glitch over and over and over and over and over again. To where all of a sudden they're catching up. Not only is our team getting constantly tethered. But it is also supplying orbs for their team to basically super left and right. I realize this being fixxed here soon. But for you players out there. Just because it is a glitch. It is still cheating even more if you do it in competitive gameplay. Just don't do it. You do not need to cheat to play and win against other players. Play honestly and fairly guys. It is not hard to do.

5 RisposteThose of you making the argument that Bungie won't ban cheaters because they are afraid of losing customers...there are more people unhappy about spamming arrows destroying a match than there are people spamming the arrows. If people continue to leave the game because CHEATERS are left unpunished and PVP "sucks on Destiny because of all the lag switchers, or cheaters" I think it will get more attention than banning some idiots scrubs that can't win a match any other way... Now, if you're making the argument that Bungie won't ban cheaters because they are lazy, slow to react, or incompetent...you're probably right on some level. It was nice to see them release that they will be banning laggy scrubs if found or reported...now let's see some follow through.

3 RisposteI agree with you, it's not fair. On the other hand I'm glad a lot of players take advantage of this bug. It's an excellent way to make the developers understand that poor beta testing and less than perfect programming translates in loss of customers. Not to mention that this way the fix will probably arrive sooner. I've been here since Alpha and I've lost count of all the times players found glitches and bugs. Banning people for using what they're rightfully been given is as wrong as taking excessive advantage of the glitches. Just my opinion, of course. Sorry for my bad English.

My fireteam and I went into iron banner last night. We are usually pvp, but Iron Banner is something we enjoy doing as a group. We do ok, for the most part. Last night we encountered 6 hunters, and we were holding our own. Then, their superes were charged. Holy sheepshit batman, the floor looked like lengendary engrams. I took my entire fireteam out and went to bed. That sucked bad.

Since the end result is losing the match anyways, I stop playing and message the entire team Im on, telling them to report the cheater.

The Huntard is a common parasite to the game. Bungie should just ban the Huntard easy mode class from all compeitive play. Just look at the down syndrome easy mode abilities. I mean invis.... only class... in pvp?

2 RisposteI think the hunter glitch is a problem too. I main a hunter, got my wolf cloak, never exploited the glitch so I'm done with ib on that character for the week, I think the bigger problem are all the switchers and other cheaters. Ran into about 7 invincible players yesterday. Let this fixable bug not overshadow the bigger problem here. The network exploits are out of control. Turned me off for trials a bit.

During times where glitches and terribly unbalanced classes are running around exploiting the unintended advantages, I do not play PvP. I would rather do something else, then suffer the frustration of dealing with this kinda stuff.

6 RisposteI've said this once an I'll say it again no one is going to get banned. This is why people won't be banned, the game is broken, no one is altering the game to gain favor, if they are gonna ban people for a glitch then they need to ban everyone who ever cheesed, used the exotic glitch, hammer throw, etc etc it isn't going to happen. You can bitch about it to me all you want, still doesn't change the fact your ass is red from the hurt you are clearly showing.

I think the important thing everyone needs to realize is that the crucible is a big melting pot of differently skilled players. While the more skilled players are probably against the idea of cheating in a game to win, noobs and the lesser scum of the earth will feel more inclined to exploit every glitch possible to win a crucible match. I mean lets be honest...sure the glitch is awesome. How many of us hunters tried using the glitch on the "lost to light" daily to get the black spindle? Probably not half the people who have used it to ruin crucible games recently....I'm all for glitches in a game, but only if they don't affect pvp gameplay (if only everyone had the same ethics). I agree with reporting everyone who uses this glitch in the crucible. I'm a little disappointed Trials of Osiris has been delayed, but don't blame bungie for this. Also I'm sure if some of you people complaining had the graviton forfeit, you'd be joining in on the fun too...I'm sure it's pretty tempting, even if you might get banned.
