(PS4 Clan only, sorry Xbox…) Hi there, My name is Nomaspantalones, but those who know me more personally either call me “nomas”, or Jesse. Long ago I put together a clan with a few of my close friends and out of sheer "wit," named it No Pants No Problem. Slowly I drifted away from the clan and ventured off elsewhere. I still played with my close friends of course, but I lost sight of what the clan was meant to be and chose to simply do nothing. Now though, in light of some recent experiences, I have come to feel a revitalized urge to see this clan through for the original purpose I set out for; teamwork. As fun as it sounded to make a small clan with my friends, the joy of meeting new people, forming a community, and growing that community is what really allured me from the start. Today then I ask, if you are someone who is in search for a clan that wishes to build and preserve a community mentality, then I think we may have a place for you. Attached to this I will put a link to our clan page for more information, but essentially what you will find in our mission statement is that skill and knowledge are not necessary requirements for the clan. Here is what I do expect from members though: - Respects others and thus yourself - is willing to learn (or even teach) and wishes to achieve higher rank (i.e. Higher light level, grimoire, skill, and or knowledge) - Does NOT rage quit or walk out on others - Willing to be a team player and put others first on occasions - Plays regularly each week I find these expectations to be rather simple and not too selective as there are slight leniencies among matters such as play time, but I firmly standby many of these expectations. What Can You Expect from the Clan? As of now the clan is relatively small (about 10 members), but we are all well versed in the game, and since the launch of TTK, have made great progress. Most if not all of us completed the King's Fall within the first week and since have completed it a multitude of times, obtained the Touch of Malice, Exotic swords, Raid shader, Exotic quests/weapons, and so on. On the PVP side, that is where you will see some variety as not all of us excel in that area. I myself have been keeping up around a 1.4 KD with my hunter since I restarted it, and there are still others among the clan who are fairly good at the crucible and like to play as well. I want to clarify this is by no means a competitive clan, but I do not believe it would be impossible for us to compete in such arenas like Clan wars. So not only will you receive knowledge on raids and PVE, we will do our best to help you develop better skill in the crucible, and all in all, be someone who is there to help you. I don't want to sell this clan as a "teaching" clan, but if you come into this clan with little information, but have an earnest intention to learn and progress in the game, it will surely be done. The Clan does require approval from me or an admin to join, and most often I like to meet new members before they join the clan (normally through some chill raiding, strikes, or even crucible). I am excited to see new members though and hope this recruitment post, or our mission statement, convinces you to at least consider joining. I am doing my best since I have some time this weekend to play, but I'm also trying to get the new members situated into the clan and introduce them to other members.
