Banned for Bungies mess up?
Are people actually being banned for Bungies mistake in how the quiver perk on shadow shot is broken. "Oh your a cheating noob!" Let me stop you right there friend, It's fun to use outside of pvp and that doesn't hurt anyone. Sure it's not fair and shouldn't be done but being banned for it is even more unfair. How bout fix your game before banning ppl for such an easy exploit.
Edit: just to clarify, I myself Haven't been banned. Probably because I don't abuse this in pvp. So moving on. I'm asking since I don't personally know of any cases. "Are people actually being banned for bungies mistake?" And why?

5 RisposteYou can't get banned for a glitch. Didn't happen with sunbreaker glitch, didn't happen with sunsinger glitch and won't happen for any glitch because glitches are there because of the devs. They're the ones who let it slip through and the responsibility is theirs.

This is perfectly fine to use in PvE. However when a player has the option to be able to cheat in PvP and they do, then I report they ass.

People got banned in CoD fpr exploiting wall breaches. Got banned in Halo for exploiting map barriers. What's that? A cash exploit in GTA? BANNED! The moral of the story is, exploits get you banned. As they should. Yes, I main a Titan. Yes, I believe exploits that negatively impact another players experience should get you banned. Not just this quiver shenanigans.

3 RisposteWhen people send enough reports, microdick or sonydouche will assume you actually are cheating and suspend you. Wait..... so why are hunters getting banned and the titans weren't? Ah yeah okay I remember now, because everybody thought it was OK when the titans were doing it! And that hunters and warlocks were just being salty cry babies. To that I say lol!

That is cheating on a competitive level and should be banned for it. I wouldn't say a full game ban but a ban from PvP for the duration of the Iron Banner event.

Personally I'm not playing banner this month, but wouldn't allow anyone on my team to use it, nor would I stay if a random used it. Not a fan of some of the things going on in PvP, but this is cheating. It gives an unfair advantage that breaks the game for other players. Just because it doesn't in PvE, doesn't make it right. You can attempt to justify it all you like, bottom line is this glitch breaks what little semblance of "balance" (hah!) there is. If you have an unfair advantage due to a glitch, you're knowingly using it, you're cheating.

Ive been on teams where ppl abuse it, will i get banned? I dont even hav a hunter. Tho ppl in my fireteam do it

It needs fixing definitely but I didn't see anyone get banned for abusing the hammer glitch so it would be unfair to ban people for using this

I could care less whether you use it in pve, but for the love of God, don't use it in pvp. That is cheating other players. You wouldn't like it done to you.

I think the only people that MIGHT get banned for such a thing, is people that are constantly being reported as cheaters by several people each match. So they won't really get banned for doing what they're doing, they would be getting banned because of all the complaints.

People are being banned because it's iron banner. The same would happen in trials. Any class would receive the same treatment for doing such things.

They need to find out how this is happening to hotfix it instead of something simple such as not letting you pull up the menu while in your super they actually take the time to fix it properly. So, don't exploit it. Its cheap and gets you tons of OHK in crucible game modes and even scarier in IB. Did I have a team mate who used this? Yes check my recent games on the fallen ketch map in skirmish I went 23-5 and he went 7-1. I got my kills from gun skill and my super/abilities. Him? He was 7-0 until I saw on the kill feed he died from being in the pause menu by a shotgun. I sent him a msg on PSN yesterday saying I reported him for it. I do hope he gets a temporary or permenant ban from crucible activities.
