Are people actually being banned for Bungies mistake in how the quiver perk on shadow shot is broken. "Oh your a cheating noob!" Let me stop you right there friend, It's fun to use outside of pvp and that doesn't hurt anyone. Sure it's not fair and shouldn't be done but being banned for it is even more unfair. How bout fix your game before banning ppl for such an easy exploit.
Edit: just to clarify, I myself Haven't been banned. Probably because I don't abuse this in pvp. So moving on. I'm asking since I don't personally know of any cases. "Are people actually being banned for bungies mistake?" And why?

1 RispondiThis makes actual sense. Bungie gives us a glitchy game. We use glitches. We get banned for their unfinished game.
-
6 RisposteSo by your logic if you forgot to lock the door to your house one day, anybody is allowed to come and steal all your stuff, and it's perfectly okay. Just because you forgot to lock the door to your house. Nice logic there.
-
5 RisposteI didn't even hear about this glitch until last night but I agree. You flat out cannot ban people for using a glitch that the developers missed. It is a part of in game content that does not involve any sort of outside exploitation to do. Funny how these idiots at Bungie will ban the crap out of people for using a glitch in the content and then let lag switchers run the PvP on the daily.
-
Banned Bc you're a lying dirty cheat. Fool!
-
2 RisposteThey aren't/won't be banned because bungie messed up. They will (possibly/maybe) be banned for continually exploiting it to improve their game and gain an unfair advantage over others. Another way of putting it; they will be banned for destroying the community nature that is required for a game such as destiny.
-
2 RisposteGot a message from someone saying I was doing the glitch in iron banner, I don't even know how to do the glitch, haha. So many people reporting just because you use a subclass.
-
It's unsporting, cheating. Against the rules. Banable, don't want to get banned? Don't do it. Get some skill, shut up and play the game fairly.
-
Ban them all -blam!-ing low piece of shits.
-
Nobody is going to be banned, because you can be killed mid-super and accidentally do the glitch. But doesnt change the fact that those that are doing the glitch knowingly should lose their right to pvp. Destiny multiplayer is already poop, why you have to make it worse. (Banning glitchers would add years to their lives, cause destiny multiplayer kills me every time I play it.)

Modificato da I Need That Head: 10/16/2015 4:32:51 PMIf you got banned for using it in PvE, I feel sorry for you, and that sucks :/. If you used it in PvP, shame on you
-
6 RisposteThey are banning people who are extensively abusing it, multiple games in a row, report anyone who you come across. Everyone. And if they are in a fireteam together burn them all down. Report each one.
-
If you know of it and you keep abusing said exploit in an area where winning matters (IB) Its considered cheating even if it is an error not seen by devs they can't make a game perfect no one can. It all revolves around feedback and people finding said error for the devs to fix. But if you keep exploting and abusing it then you deserve a ban
-
2 RisposteIt's not cheating. Bungie -blam!-ed it up it's not our fault. It's a glitch not cheating. Lag switching is cheating. Exploiting something that bungie created is not.
-
2 Risposteexploit is exploit
-
1 RispondiTheir fault for abusing thing

Bungie has the right to ban anybody with or with out cause. Whether or not this is a cheat or exploit they have every right to ban a player for negatively impacting other players experience. If you are doing something that negatively and directly impacts other players they will ban you far quicker than if you are doing something that will only benefit the abuser.
-
You will be reported and blocked. If you see it as a "fair" way to play then you should be banned. And you know that what you are doing might carry negative actions towards you, you know you are gonna be reported.
-
Take your ban like a man. I haven't even used quiver in PVP.
-
3 RisposteIt might be bungie a mess up but that doesn't mean hunters were forced to abuse it.
-
How is being banned for an exploit not fair, when you sign an agreement allowing you to play the game that says "exploiting could result in a temporary or permanent ban"?
-
Cheating is cheating no matter if the devs were careless or not. Even the best software companies in the world can't find every bug and glitch in every product.
-
I don't remember if I already said this here, so I'll just say it again: It's not Bungie's mistake if people abuse such an obvious bug in PVP to get an advantage...
-
8 RisposteYes they should be banned, they're purposely abusing the game and ruining the crucible experience. You accepted and agreement when you started playing. Bungie has every right to the game and can ban you for sneezing.
-
I don't feel they should be banned but a nice time out from pvp would be nice and if they don't get the picture then ban them, giving good hunters a bad name!
-
Was facerolling teams last night on IB, we noticed a trend though, when it was near the end and we was 3-5k up teams would start glitching to win, we lost two games last night due to it, can not stop 3 glitching hunters making orbs for the 3 sunbreaker titans.
-
1 Rispondipeople are not going to get banned for Bungie's mistake, however I wouldn't at all be surprised if some got banned for intentional and systematic abuse of a bug/glitch in order to gain unfair advantage
