So everyone complaining about us having the option the purchase an item that has a chance of giving us extra loot in the raid being bought by silver because it was data mined, thats a legit complaint? something that was data mined

When it could be the precursor of more "pay to win" type features, yes. And mind you previous data mining has been somewhat accurate. Would bungie really just put something like that, knowing it would upset a lot of people, just as a placeholder?
