Do you still enjoy playing Crucible?...I know I don't
I have been a player since release and spent a majority of my time in the crucible.
Since the release of The Taken King the crucible is just not as fun.
The "Time To Kill" is just extremely fast and the new supers (Titan and Warlock) are terribly OP.
I was never really an amazing player but could hold my own and really enjoyed the PVP experience, especially with friends.
I have a LOT of friends who wont even play crucible anymore except for the daily even though we used to play every day.
It's hard to really sum it up but it just plays different.
I thought the week before TTK dropped it was really great.
Maybe the light levels or the new guns have a role in the imbalances.
Also I have never seen SO many people dropping out of matches.
I think maybe the Quest are a reason for this, if the person isn't going to complete their quest they just bail.
Take it like a man guardians and quit ditching your team.
All in all I am sad I can't enjoy PVP anymore and am starting to not even want to play the game due to how frustrated I get while playing.
Oh, and not to mention the LAG!!!!
Do you feel the same or are you still enjoying the PVP?
Edit: I must add that there are some things I DO like about he new updates as many of you have mentioned.
1. shotgun range is down
2. No more getting sniped by Thorn and Last Word
3. No more blink/shotgun (or not as much)
4. I can use a variety of guns (even though Pulse seems the strongest)
5. I can FINALLY use my Fusion again to counter idiot shotgunners running right at me
6. I oddly enjoy Mayhem rumble

I've just got back into loving it. At first I dropped k/d and skill but now I'm back up to 1.5+ a game with top three finish at least.

2 RisposteIdk what it is, but cod PVP was also fun for me due to trash talk and beating down on bad kids, in destiny their is no chat with the other team or anything such.

no well, it depends I'm not enjoying certain bounties I'm forced to do using certain weapons but to be honest, there's SO MUCH PvE stuff I still haven't touched, I don't miss PvP at all

There just isn't enough reason to play crucible. (Iron Banner and ToO are excluded because these are just events) If there was some sort of ranking system or player progression than I'd probably play more. Now before you start saying " But.. but you get crucible and faction reputation when you play..." No that doesn't give me enough reason to play. I want a actual progression system that i can show off and want to gain and be proud to show off. At this point they want us to just play for fun with no other reason to play. Sorry, your pvp is to broken right now for me to just want to go and play for... "Fun"

I am not thst great at the crucible but i enjoyed it a lot. When 2.0 came out i felt the same way you do mainly because it was a bit hard to find a gun that i can use in pvp. Granted my go to was tlw pre range nerf. Now however i finally found two guns to use that im pretty excited about. I found a 297 light suros auto fire scout that dropped in court of oryx and i really like my tlaloc. I say all this to say, youare probably having a hard time trying to find a gun to use that brings back the thrill. Msybe if you get one, you might like it again

Crappy rewards because I refuse to take off my old armor sucks. Shotguns are still necessary for self defense, shutting down supers, clearing rooms quickly, defeating swords... basically still OP by the nature of the beast. No amount of nerfs will change that. Did I mention OP Sunbreakers suck? They make mayhem rumble unplayable. I'm forced to spend half the match running from these invincible monsters forcing me into 2nd place.

Never touch Crucible since TTK is released due to lots of PVE content including Raid.

2 RisposteThe week when 2.0 dropped before TTK released was great. Sunbreaker and Stormcaller have made it much less enjoyable. In the past I would always t-bag Thorn/TLW users. Now I just t-bag every Sunbreaker/Stormcaller.

I do, but only when it stops putting me into laggy ass matches because of terrible matchmaking with no ability to search within region.

Well with the whole shield dynamic I see more groups double teaming snipers. One takes down the shield, the other gets the kill. I have gotten so use to either midrange with scout rifles or close quarters with shot guns. Now it's just shooting down a long hallway. I have only one primary arc weapon, but it's more a close range gun to be effective, by then I'm killed by a hawkmoon or shotgun. I play to get my 15 marks then quit. I love Iron banner, but I am afraid it's going to very unbalanced with those with 300 or 310 gear winning while those like me still with 280 and 290 characters only get by with the bounties we may or may not complete. Only time will tell.

Crucible has always seemed fine to me, its a place where you go and outsmart other players or they outsmart you, theres players who do really good, if they can cope with all the things people say are wrong with crucible anyone can, its just about playing and learning how to lose, dont blame (and im not saying you in particular) your losses on the game, if someone gets the best out of you it is what it is, you just gotta keep going, dont look for excuses.
