So.. I just got a green from a ToC?
Farming for glitter from the Wonderful Draksis, popping a ToC every 15-20 minutes as to not overload the RNG system. Eventually the wonderful Engram dropped. I pick it up, and there we go. A green 192 rocket launcher. While I'm at 278 Light to level some new exotics. Greens shouldn't be able to drop for me anymore at this point.
If this is part of the mechanism they implemented in the ToC, GG Bungie. If this is a weird glitch, I don't even know what went wrong.

Believe it or not, Draksis the 8th level boss - drops greens with or without a ToC being used. *GASP
