Here's why I used Boolean - I was bored and started leveling up my Titan; the Boo' was useable by my level 34 Titan, but other guns required a level 40. So, it was clearly a bonus to have it.

Hung jury is the best bang for the buck, except the last two fights in the raid where malice takes over. Gemini is ok, but there are too many better options at legendary to waste the exotic slot on it. Maybe if it had firefly.

Its actually only awesome because its a L30 requirement that starts at 290 light. Great for giving to an unleveled alt to beef up their LL before L40. Other than that, it seems good but not great.
