They can only predict where you [i]may[/i] move. As such, you can literally move out of the path of the hammer and survive, regardless of how perfectly thrown the hammer is. With Golden Gun, you have full control over where the shot hits up until the moment of impact. Once fired at you, you cannot prevent it from killing you.

If you want to complain about lag, that's a perfectly reasonable grievance, but you can't consider lag when balancing a game.

Say if this was real life and I used a 1 million lumen flashlight to blind you a second before you took a shot and you obviously "miss," but did I not evade your shot? Miss implies and accident, dodge and evasion implies intent to force a miss. You still lose this man.

You cannot "guarantee" a miss. It's literally not possible for you do anything that will absolutely ensure a miss.

You're not providing any actual argument which requires refutation. By definition, you [i]cannot[/i] dodge a hitscan weapon. You can make yourself more difficult to hit, but ultimately, you cannot alter your position relative to the bullet once it is fired. As such, if a player fires while aiming at you, you will die. If they fire while not aiming at you, they missed, regardless of whether your actions impacted the result or not.
