The queen was taken the story and grimoire suggest this. We assume she is dead from the narrative we have with other players, Oryx narrative with his #2 suggests they are alive.

1 RispondiI think the queen is still alive just in a cell somewhere. At the end of one of the missions a knight walks up to oryx and asks if he should kill them all and oryx replies with, no I want them all captured so he can kill them himself. Or something along those lines. So I think she is just sitting imprisoned somewhere waiting for oryx to kill her.
