During the platform phase at Sisters and Oryx this one guy kept saying that was too complicated for him to understand. Do people not know how clocks work anymore!?! I can't believe what I heard. Smh.
Is this happening to you?
Edit: the struggle is real
Edit: need clock, record player or rotory dial experience to raid with me

I tried playing with randoms about an hour ago and everyone just goes off and does whatever they want. Do ppl not understand what working together is or even what a plan is.... It's so frustrating to deal with ppl who can't listen or follow simple instructions. And of course everyone just starts backing out one by one. Very frustrating.
-
Most people I know (18 yr) in my age group don't know how to read older clocks, only digital... I feel special when I'm around them, in a good way aha
-
2 RisposteI have a watch that only has the hour hand and minute hand. I can tell time on it perfectly fine. I've had adults, ADULTS(People older than me, and I'm 25) asks me how is it that I can tell the time. Cmon people.
-
5 RisposteRather than saying clockwise and counterclockwise, how about if we say spin and anti-spin. While not everyone is exposed to analog clocks, everyone is exposed to electrons.
-
People at my school: what time is it I point at a clock People: I can't read that

3 RisposteModificato da DefiantWALLY: 9/30/2015 8:24:46 PMI know. Damn digital watches. Oh wait. No one wears a watch anymore either. Damn digital phones. Oh yeah and I have also heard it called anti clockwise. I was like WTF.
-
I'm betting this is more of a total overwhelming feeling some people get to perform flawlessly than actually not knowing what counterclockwise is. My own friends, whom are very intelligent still manage to eff up the process from time to time. Sometimes it's just too chaotic, especially with everyone barking orders.

16 RisposteKids have phones and digital clocks sad the age of analog is leaving
-
Modificato da FuzzyBeanbag: 9/30/2015 8:51:00 PMI've never wncountered that, but that honestly sounds really sad, public schools are failing this country (USA)
-
Lmfao finally someone has said it
-
Same :')
-
Anti clock wise ... You're against time young jedi.
-
Omg! Bump. They stress out and leave lol.
-
8 RisposteKids are spoiled by the digital age... you say counter clockwise, they look at the LED display and get lost. They aren't teaching kids how to spell or write in script anymore either. Future generations are going to be dumbed down and totally reliant on technology.
-
2 RisposteIt's pretty sad that people don't know how to read a analog clock.
-
Oh wait, counter clock wise? Isn't that from when digital clocks were in black and white?
-
Righty tighty, lefty loose -blam!-ers.
-
Someone has summoned me
-
Most likely since most of the younger generations are a custom to digital clocks
-
1 RispondiI don't have any clocks on my counter, only on my shelves and walls. WTF are you talking about!?!?
-
OH GOD! Rotary dial.... I hate that! If you didn't live in New York it was so annoying!
-
Actually something like 1 out of every 7 can't read an analog clock. Sad times we live in.
-
11 RisposteBet people had a problem with young ones around the turn of the century when asking their kids to change a shoe on a horse. They weren't around when it was done that way. It's funny but it's the older generation that can't cope with things changing. But of course, it's them ignorant youngens that dint get it. Lol. By the way, I'm 44. Let counter clockwise go bro. Being upset about is shows your age.
-
All the clocks anyone uses today are digital so that might be where the problem lies
-
5 RisposteJust say left
