I was lucky enough to join a group of 5 experienced raiders last night at Golgoroth. I had beaten Golgoroth before, but never had done daughters or Oryx. When I shared that I hadn't done daughters, one of the members wanted to kick me instead of explaining the fight and risking a wipe related to newbie mistakes. The rest of the group told him to cool his jets and we proceeded to win daughters with 2-3 wipes and Oryx with 3-4. Don't expect every inexperienced player to suck! If you can foster great communication, your group can learn quicker and win.
