Also, to help you increase your chances to find a group, make sure you read the instructions posted.
I recommend you watch some Youtube videos to learn how to complete the raid.
Helps the group/team you join so they don't get frustrated and you don't make major mistakes.

PS3 (HM) Raid Team Leader Recruitment My clan currently has 3 raid teams that run every week one of their leaders will be transferring over to PS4 so I am looking for someone to fill in for them. Requirements: -18+ -Light level 315+ -Must own a mic -3 characters 315+ -Available during the late evenings -Fully understand all parts of the raid including challenge modes. -Skilled relic runner with all 3 characters, you will be assigned relic runner 98% of the time. -Able to communicate via PS messages with me and the rest of your team. -Reliable & patient, you will be in charge of a full fire team so everyone will be counting on you for direction. -Ready to join the clan if selected.
