Either way, enter the beach head from the mausoleum. Kill the Psion's. Sync up scanning both panels simultaneously. Kill the boss. Enjoy your ultra rare, -blam!-in' sweet emblem.

Or just go there on the mission where you go to find info on oryx's location. Doesn't require any scanning that way.

I never understood why I had to deploy my ghost in that room I was just like "it must open this door in here or something" but then nothing happened so I was just like "must be a bug" and dismissed it, fail
