Fate of all fools
So i am watching the planet destiny stream right now, and they are using the account of the guy that got foaf. And according to planet destiny, foaf is no longer available to the public and thats why they made jade rabbit (it has identical stats and perks). I personally do not agree with this, they are excluding the entire community from 1 gun. It really sucks for the guy that got cancer, it really does and i hope he gets better because nobody deserves cancer. And giving him a gun because destiny makes him
Feel better is cool. But excluding everyone from that gun is stupid. I dont think bungie is sending out the right message here, they are basically saying that if you have a deadly disease and enjoy destiny you get exclusive stuf, but when you enjoy destiny and are healthy you get nothing.
This is just wrong imo, i am not hating on the guy that got it, i am not hating in bungie, i just think they are giving out the wrong message here.
99% of you dont get what im trying to say, and insulting only results in making yourself look stupid, i just gave my opinion and said i never meant any harm against bungie or the ill person, but you didnt read that. Though guys over the internet grow up... Ill just mute you. Since thats the only way to stop half of the childish community
XD i say something about 1 gun everyone goes crazy, 50% of the xbox people complain about exclusives, nobody gives a shit. I want to thank the people who can see my point of view even if they dont agree with me, removing the grimoire card is a good idea aswell, or replacing it.
How about all those people who are sick aswell? Who dont make a reddit post and thus dont get anything? There are people with for example arthritis, they dont get anything (for you who dont know what it is look it up, basically you live in pain for the rest of your life)
Those people deserve something special aswell. But they dont get anything

Look at the FoaF gameplay, screen cap it, print out the screen cap as large as your TV, cut out the first person view of FoaF, tape cut out of FoaF in the corner of your TV, use Jade Rabbit, close enough, profit.

So, let's summarise so far: Somebody was made to feel happy at no game disadvantage to you or anyone else. Are you so divinely entitled that you cannot enjoy the fact that another person got something you didn't? Even if it doesn't actually put you in a worse position? You should be ashamed of that post, and of the sentiment that drove you to write it. Separately to the above, if you played any of the old MUDs back in the day, you would have singles of bugged unique gear floating around the world. Getting hold of it meant you had to be at the right place at the right time, often to farm an extremely difficult new boss at the very first days of its spawn for a chance to get the gear. Then you ran around with extremely overpowered gear in the world, and later players were indeed at a disadvantage. And when you lost that gear because of stupidity or lagging out in pvp (yes, enemies could loot and even sac your corpse), you did indeed go raging and crying, because you had actually lost both something that was unique and irreplaceable, as well as a massive game advantage. TL:DR OP should be ashamed of themselves.

How many countless guns do you think were planned for this game and got scraped for one reason or another? I'll bet more than just this one.

There's "No time to explain" and "Jade Rabbit" One of them replaces the fate of all fools, and the other one looks like it, same sights, same body, but it's a pulse rifle. The legitimately thought it was going to be in the game, saw the opportunity to produce two exotics instead of one, and they took it. It's not that bad. The guy gets to keep HIS weapon, and we get to play with two new ones. Not a bad trade off.

I totally agree with you, half this community is retarded, a bit like my neighbours. Half of them are stupid and me no likey, the other half are fine. I can't agree with your FAOF viewpoint. I just don't understand why it matters? It's awesome that bungie gave the guy the weapon and I think it's even more awesome that they have said almost nothing about what's going to happen to everyone else's. I for one hope they leave the guy with FAOF as the only guy with that weapon and we shall have to comfort ourselves with Jade Rabbit and the FAOF perk. Peace out guardian

They clearly said in their article the No Time to Explain will have the model and the Jade will have the perks. They made 2 guns from 1.
