So how many guardians will be hitting level 40 day one?
I know I am. I have 16 bounties complete ranging from 2500 exp to 5000 exp. i also have 20 public event packages waiting in the post master, along with focus lights. Will be doing the first subclass quest to unlock the new subclass, acquiring the exotic cloak giving my 25% exp gains to my new subclass, allows me to be 40 day one and a fully upgraded new subclass, edging all my factions will allow me to get legendary gear too! I can't wait!

i have a bunch of bounties and public event packages as well, though I doubt hitting 40 will be difficult at all, I got mine mainly for upgrading weapons and armor, I'd like to be able to make a good bit of progress on a few exotic before Friday.

I'm taking my time, its only 6 levels and hey lets face it, out will be at least 3 months before another dlc so I'll try and take my time instead of running through it like crota/wolves

5 RisposteYou need 40 to access raid, so bungie wants use to hit 40 quick. Remember they said raid release 18 to give people time to lvl up. So yeah I'm going for 40

Leveling to 40 is not the end of content lol. Getting max light level is the biggest step to being able to compleat end game stuff. The end game of destiny is most fun part of destiny in my opinion.

I'm doing the same thing. But I'm getting married on the 15th and will be on my honeymoon after that. So I'm using the bounty/PE package thing to catch up on you guys when i get back.
