have been downloading with 105 mbps finished 1once playstation froze on install at 55% had to start over. Total time elapsed with both. 14 hours. gg

Well i thought this patch will be downloaded in 3 hours but it stop at 96% because my connection died... so im downloading the patch again... 10% in 23 min... T-T

I have 180 mbit connection, I downloaded updates 5-8 gigabytes in less than an hour. It's been 8 hours and only been through 2/5 packages for the 360. I assume the slow download is because of the massive server overload.

I have a 200mbit connection, sure I usually don't get to use it 100% but I have downloaded a gigabyte in less than 5 minutes many times. I downloaded the 5gb update for Dragons Dogma online in less than 30 minutes. So why does my PS4 tell me over 10 hours for Destiny? O_o Who is the culprit ? The PSN? bungie? I don't think its my setup because it has not changed since I had the above mentioned times... I SUSPECT SHENANIGANS! :) (Or maybe the servers cant handle all the download requests as was mentioned below HAHAHA)

1 RispondiIt's called up flooding to a degree. No matter if you have the best money can buy Or a norm speed connection. The problem is with there servers and routing systems. It's very popular. So everybody and there dog is requesting. The patch from bungie/ activision servers. They can't manage the work load. To many ip requesting data at one time. Lmao.

5 RisposteIs there anyone here who can't download it like me, I always get an network error and when I begin to download it gives me like 100,000 minutes for it to download but the number drops as minutes pass and eventually I get the error code. Any way to fix this? I was thinking maybe to many people are downloading it and that's why I have that problem.
