Thorn bounty is a piece of cake
What is the big fuss about this? It was quite easy and I'm not even that good in crucible.

1 RispondiModificato da XiX_GhOsTx_XiX: 8/31/2015 8:07:21 PMThe very first time I did it on XB1 around Week 4-6 after release, I used Atheon's Epilogue and Corrective Measure plus the Defender subclass and it wasn't easy! I just did it again during IB on the PS4 and used Word of Crota, Praedyth's Revenge/Matador 64 (void) and Truth plus Voidwalker so every kill of mine was Void. It was a piece of cake compared to back in the day.

It was really hard as a hunter week 1 of the game. It was such a pain, then the gun was a piece of crap haha.

2 RisposteThere are lots of new/good void weapons now. Back in the day, most of us had to find a legendary void fusion rifle, cause we couldn't get Atheon's Epilogue from the vault. Christmas noobs and their abundance of void weapons these days...

I did it with a common void fusion rifle (for some reason I was not getting void rares/legendary drops whatsoever - granted I only participated in the loot cave for like half an hour and then got bored), and eventually a legendary shotgun on my defender titan back in October. It wasn't too bad, and I never cheesed it (ie. 5 friends in rumble).

2 RisposteTook me a few hours using AE, Her Courtesy, and Radegast. (all void), with Voidwalker. Quite easy.

1 Rispondiwhat character did you do it on? if you did it on a voidwalker then yes, it is crazy easy, i finished my 2nd thorn on voidwalker and got it under 10 matches. the first time I did it on my Titan, it took a couple of hours but doable in one day. its easier now because you can re-roll weapons to get a void secondary/heavy with good perks. I did mine back in TDB days, so for some (especially a hunter) it might be a little bit difficult especially if someone doesn't care for crucible.

If everyone uses the thorn in Crucible then it must not be hard....hence everyone has a thorn!

it is easy . i didnt even use a void primary lolol shout out to the noobs who did

1 RispondiWell it was hard for me because I didn't know how to use the shotgun, once I learned I had to get the right rolls for me, or the ones that work best with how I play. It was much easier once those two things lined up, I got it done in a couple of hours. Also since everyone was playing IB there no thorners in regular control, got almost 30-40 points per game

When i had to do that bounty back in the day the only void weapon i had was a void fusion rifle...

Obviously the post of someone new to destiny. Void primaries were few and far between in the first few months. Yes AE was around but that was about all

4 RisposteBounty was much harder in the first few months of the game. Leveling was slow, gear was harder to acquire, and there was 1 void primary in the game. When I ran the bounty the first time, I was using a Hunter and a sniper was the only void weapon I had. Now, it is much easier.

3 RisposteIt's all down to your weapons available and what character you end up getting the bounty on, so no, it's not always easy if you get hunter and you don't have void weapons either.

Yeah its easy now for people just because of all the crutch shotguns u can re roll but back in october i had to use atheons epilouge and final boss

2 RisposteIt was pretty rough when I finished it. In October. On my Hunter. With no Crucible experience, my rare void Fusion Rifle (at least it had Accelerated Coils) and no void primaries. But even worse was Xyor. Epic when 26 actually meant something and you have very few Arc/Solar weapons. Ugh. Definitely not impossible, definitely the hardest weapon bounty.
