A "No Ability" Crucible Mode?
- No Supers
- No Double Jump
- One Grenade Charge Per Spawn
- One Melee Charge Per Spawn
this could be fun yet challenging
[b]EDIT 1:[/b] i'm not trying to change crucible as a unit you guys. it'd be like combined arms or salvage, it's only on the weekends or something
[b]EDIT 2:[/b] swear if ya'll mention CoD one more time. lol even if destiny had no abilities it'd be nothing like CoD. auto rifles are actually good in that game (⌐■_■)

No supers No specials or heavy All grenade and melee charges are at 1 minute. Exotic armors nullified to only provide basic perks.

Yes. I would like to see crucible, but more realistic. No one can depend on any supers, hunters would not have subclass advantages, no one can camp in ward of dawn, and you can t-bag a warlock without having to worry about radiance.

If I wanted to play call of duty, I would eject destiny and play that.

I'd like it, but im not sure if it would work though. If the whole point of it is to make it ballanced, what about weapon perks, grenade type etc?

I'd like a mode like this even though I probably wouldn't play it too much. They could make it like inferno and have it rotate through all playlists and call it "lightless ____"

Without double jumps, a good portion of the maps would be unplayable or horribly unbalanced (1 spawn would have much superior access to certain ramps giving a huge camping edge). That being said, I'd like a "no exotics" playlist.

You should be able to have more jumps.. No blink. 2 grenades per spawn and 3 melees per spawn. Without double jump or glide you really wouldn't be able to get around the map anywhere.

Honestly im for it. But there should be some fun game modes too. Id love a Sticks and Stones style game type. Gun game would be kinda cool too. Also i know its not COD. But if COD can copy Destiny then i think we should copy them and get some custom matches/game modes where you dont earn xp or loot drops. Youre just there for fun.

Barebones modes are fun. There's literally no reason not to support more playlist variety.

If I want to play call of duty I'll just do that instead. No need to force destiny into something it's not
