It depends partly on what gaps you have in your equipment, but VoC is the overall best of those three IMO.

My opinion: if u snipe in any way in pvp the Revenge should be first. The thing is an animal - laser beam! For PVE my vote would defo be VOC first but Word is handy for void burns. I've done all 3 and did revenge then voc then word
