Why does nobody ever have a mic?
Is it just me or does nobody ever talk in the crucible? I sometimes play alone and for whatever reason never find anyone who has a mic in random lobbys... This is weird to me considering the competitive nature of the game... What are your thoughts? Bump up if you have a damn mic! (the video has random funny moments with friends in the crucinle) enjoy!

My NAT settings are blocking my mic and haven't bothered to fix it.

I have one, but am normally in a party with friends even if they aren't playing destiny at the moment. Don't really play much crucible.

You can use mic...but judging by the maturity of this community i can only imagine the bitching and shit talking you'd hear lol this is probably one of the few online games i just avoid chatting with randoms in pvp.

1 RispondiI solo-d this nightfall until I killed the spider tank and invited randoms to get them free rewards. I didn't invite them to my party though because I was sick and I didn't feel like talking.

1 RispondiThat's what I'm wondering. I don't even wear mine anymore unless I see someone else with one. Party chat ruined everything, when gears of war first came out everyone had one. So much trash talking it was soooo entertaining

Too many chat options; fire team, game chat, party chat, Skype and team speak to name a few. To be honest a lot of the player base r terrible at pvp. Trust me u don't want to hear them.

1 RispondiPeople have mics. You have to enable them. Other games have them automatically enabled. That's why people use them. It needs to auto enable and you'll hear a lot more people.

5 RisposteMy Mic is always on (auto opt in) but I will mute squeakers instantly. As to why no one uses on I can't understand. YOUR PS4 COMES WITH ONE. Granted it's a piece of crap.....It at least will work.

Only thing worse than not having a headset/mic is someone using their Kinect and TV speakers as a crappy, echo-plagued substitute. I usually end up muting them, especially if I can hear myself talking to the rest of the team over their TV speakers.

I have a mic but I leave it muted unless someone talks to me.

1 RispondiI have a mic. I don't talk to random people in crucible though. Too much risk of them being 13 or otherwise overly emotional and profane.

6 RisposteNo kidding! I wonder the same thing myself. Just tonight my regular partner and I were discussing this same thing. If everyone on the team had a mic and would actually talk, matches would probably go smoother, not to mention be more fun. If you ever land on my team, rest assured there will be some talking going on!
