If they kept fatebringer relevant until year 10, then what would be the point of getting the weapons from the new expansions? There would be no point to add new weapons, and if they didn't people would still complain.

Nothings being [i]taken[/i] away, it's just that some things are going to become obsolete, like Gjallarhorn, but it doesn't mean they're being removed from the game.

I don't even know how to correctly respond to your level of idiocy honestly, but I am going to try my best. What are they taking away? Are you talking about your legendaries and exotics again? If so, then please quit your whining, this is standard procedure for RPG's, whether they are part FPS doesn't change that, and quite frankly it's getting old. Get over them and get new gear. Even then you can still use them in patrols, strikes, and vanilla crucible. If you want to play a standard FPS then go play Halo, Call of Duty, or Battlefield, you honestly won't be missed and that's another thing you people need to realize. If you are talking about old content being taken away or being useless to veteran players, then you are partially right, as there are some exotics people have yet to get in VoG, CE, and PoE and it will be a good way for veteran and new players to complete their blueprint collections. Also, on the note of new players, ever think that they might want to explore the vault, CE, and PoE at some point? There is going to be a lot they are going to have to catch up on with the grimmoire and I hope that people will actually be mature or patient to help the new guardians through the old content. Finally, if you are just speaking in general, what could you possibly be saying? That they aren't adding a completely new area for us to explore? They aren't adding in new bounties so we aren't stuck doing the same ones day after day, week after week, and so on and so on? Are they not adding new quests that are explaining our sub-classes and new quests to unlock the new ones? Are they not adding quests for factions whether it be the base vanguard/crucible or one of the three city factions? Are they not adding new weapon types (swords have been confirmed) and even new versions of old exotics? Are they not adding a new raid, a lot more story missions, new strikes, and new crucible maps? Are they not adding in the new feature of strikes changing every time you play so it doesn't get boring? They aren't adding ghost shells? They aren't making class items actually useful? They aren't adding in weapon trials and arms days? They aren't adding in a slew of new enemies with unique abilities? They aren't adding in the ability to gather parts for certain exotic weapons? They aren't adding new sub-classes to begin with? They aren't adding new ships, shaders, weapons, armor, sparrows, emblems? They aren't adding new game modes for crucible? All of the above mentioned are things that they are indeed adding to the game, but you people get so irate over the fact that you can bring a few weapons along the ride that you decide to let this cancerous hate spread and even have enough gall to say that they aren't adding anything and just taking everything away. Please, either leave Destiny, or stop being spoiled, self-entitled babies that seem to think every little thing needs to be catered to your desires. Edit: This just in as well, many multiplayer RPG's over the years have taken away and added functions with each expansion as well. Them taking away the function to upgrade weapons is also something that is standard procedure in games like these. Edit 2: Fun is not allowed in Destiny it seems! Everything has to be done to he maximum level of efficiency!
