Yea, as you enter Ishtar Cliffs before you get to the Vex and where the platform is in the center look to the left there's a cave right there. If you go in you'll see the Pike sitting in there. It's also a loot cave if you get on top of the column that has the red/green looking plant on it and jump up and down to get the fallen to spawn.
