So, you're petitioning for a nerf of an ability that you can see coming a mile and a half away and can easily move out of the way of or stop it with a shotgun? That's what you want to nerf?

Because you can see a Titan running at you like a rhino and instantly know he's using shoulder charge, that's how. Shoulder Charge is a gimmick at best, learn how to counter it, because there's about ten different ways to do so.

Unless you can see through walls, you can't see them coming through tight corridors. The same way you can see them coming in open spaces you can see where someone can blink. If you've ever used blink yourself, doubly so. Titans are the only class that can't blink, and also the only class that has an unstoppable rush. Can I ask for decent commentary from people that won't get but hurt during normal conversation? I use all three characters and can see reasons for things, but I already feel that blink is handy capped enough.

Yes lol blink isn't even good I choose not to use it in crucible not because its good but because it's not its so easy to predict where it's going and there's already a long delay on it
