Petition to remove Xur.
Heavy synth could be sold at the atm that replaced Tess. Fix the loot system rewarding the grinders, but don't hand everything to us like babies.

4 RisposteCompromise: make Xûr sell MORE stuff BUT instead of dropping exotics in the wild, drop coins as a guaranteed drop but randomness in how many. Example: beating Crota normal- 7-13 coins, hard- 9-15 coins, nightfall- 7-15 coins. Weekly rewards motes now to purchase engrams, synths, and possibly new boons that increase chance of getting more coins on next drop. Do weekly activities, get coins, weekly event is Xûr, where you claim your rewards- choosing between a few weapons and a few armors (for each class), or saving if there's nothing good. You've earned every exotic you have.

Grinders don't always get the items. I've known guys as loyal as beta players who haven't gotten Gjallarhorn till Xur sold it. And those poor chaps are more veteran than us. Even more veteran than you. Me? I've earned the 4 Gjallarhorns before Xur so I'm saving my strange coins for something nice
