Got mine the first night fall it was the Mars strike, Good job to all the noobs who still grind this game I have played for 7 weeks in game and since 9/9/14 but STOP GRINDING DESTINY THERE ARE OTHER GAMES TO PLAY, there is no new content right now so stop playing and just do trials on the weekend. Buying the ghally off xur is better proof that you've earned it. A lot of people got the ghally after doing one crucible match. It's a random drop at the mercy of RNG. xur requires strange coins that you can only aquire from doing stuff that arguably needs a higher skill cap than what the game usually offers.

I got 2 from random drops, 1st at Atheon after 8 months, 2nd was one week later from the Gorgon Chest. The third will be today from Xur. They're all the same...

I laugh at how often the word earned is misused on these forums. You can only earn something when you know what the reward is BEFORE you start a task. For example you know that by starting and completing college you will earn a degree. You know that if you work for an employer and put in the hours that you will earn/receive your paycheck on payday. The only thing earned in Destiny are the exotic bounties. You know what the reward will be for completing the bounty beforehand. No RNG involved. Same can be said about Iron Banner. Before you even start, you know what the rewards will be beforehand. No RNG involved. Get to rank you want to buy the item you want.
