No, game data only transfers within the same console family. You'd have your Microsoft Guardians and your Sony Guardians completely separate.

I can almost guarantee it wont. Grimoire doesnt transfer and accounts remain seperated on b.net

I'm almost positive the triumphs attach to the specific character. If that's the case, you won't be able to transfer your triumphs over.
