I challenge anyone to find a more useless perk
I found it. You all complain about mulligan and shank burn. You have no idea.

Edit- A lot of you are making up useless perks. That isn't the point of this topic. I actually found a Jester S/A 3 with stated perk.

I'll take your private eye and raise you Frontline perk on Fabian strategy. A whole 1 percent increase to fire raye/handing/reload speed when an enemy is close.

I think Vacuum is actually the most useless perk in the entire game. But Private Eye is definitely in the top 5.
