Which game would win GOTY this year?
Don't mention any other game because no matter how epic any other game is they don't compete with these two games.

I'd really want Metal Gear Solid 5 to win and with how dark this game is going to be and bringing the story full circle it definitely has chances. But Fallout 4 just looks too good and has been getting by far more hype. The story won't be as good by a mile but I honestly think Fallout 4 will come out on top. Shame, MGSV is Kojimas last MGS as well. He deserves to go out with a GOTY

I'm a massive fan of Fallout and Bethesda, but I cannot see them putting out a higher quality game than Witcher 3.

1 RispondiWitcher 3 has already won, anything else will have to beat it. Fallout 4 has the potential, but given Bethesda's track record of buggy releases and late release date, they won't have a lot of time to patch it up. Don't get me wrong, I love Bethesda games, but I'm not burying my head in the sand. We've all experienced broken quests that require reloading old saves.

Funny you say no games can compete because Witcher 3 is definitely a competitor and by the looks of things is better than both these games.

My personal GotY? Short of any surprises, I'd say No Man's Sky, Fallout 4, or Halo 5. What do I think could really win? The Witcher III has had everyone raving, and I am tempted to try it myself. That or Fallout 4.

Metal Gear is military porn for all those who enjoy their Jane's books a little too much. If it wasn't for their weird humor and aggravating way of mispronouncing military acronyms (that's fob not eff-oh-bee, like bob, bob on the fob is a fobbit), they'd be the best games ever, with MGSV being a freaking masterpiece. But I guess if there was no humor in Metal Gear, they'd be the most depressing, PTSD inducing nightmares ever made. Fallout has their own brand of humor. With the over-the-top 50s tropes as far as the eye can see. Again, lacking that humor would make them extremely dark. Fallout had a level of immersion that MG lacked though, which makes sense, as it's a role-playing game. All I know is that I'm going to be busy this fall...
