What does everyone think of the pulse rifle currently being sold by variks looks pretty solid anyone used it?

Sounds like weapon parts...none of the PoE weapons are worth keeping without an elemental burn...I have one with solar damage and can't stop thinking about deleting it every time I look at it

All the prison weapons are crap. I have that gun with an arc element and with extra damage to fallen and it is underwhelming. Ooooo an extra 75 points of damage is really helpful.

It's "okay." Stat wise it's a very well Rounded rifle but when you consider that other rifles have more perks that pertain to more parts of the game it sorta falls short. Just my opinion. Less perk options generally means less useful.
