I finally got THORN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After months of frustration in crucible with the Thorn bounty I almost gave up and discarded it. I'm not that good in PVP. I did the Iron Banner on Friday and Saturday and did the entire Thorn bounty in 1 half day!!!!!!!! Crucible just needy a good strategy, and "check your corners".

Congrats. I only use the Thorn in PVP when I need to finish other exotic bounties or anything PVP related. I blow at PVP on the console so ya.... Crutches for life. More of a PVE person.

You got it too late man. Youll see how good it is and till become your crutch just in time for your skills with every other weapon class to deteriorate and then youll see the meaning of being bad at pvp. Handcannons are the autorifles of year 2.

Good now dismantle it because the gun is garbage. My suggestion is to not pigeon hole yourself by only using one gun or class. Try to use them all that way upcoming nerfs won't effect you.

4 RisposteAs long as you don't completely rely on Thorn to do good then congrats, I just got the Thorn bounty yesterday and have the Thorn, I literally just created my new account... Not the one linked to this... The Friday before last. (I actually created it a while ago but didn't use it till then) All I had was a single void shotty for the first 400 points then a void btrd dropped and I got the other 100 points in 1 game, I didn't have a reliable primary on that account till now, check it out http://destinytracker.com/destiny/player/xbox/Mysticpunisher Before I got the Thorn on this account my only good primary was the praedyth's timepiece

Lol you get a month and a half before they alter it. I personally don't really like to use it. It's almost worthless unless you reliably get headshots. A turbo head poppin player can wreck everybody with it, but us average marksmen just irritate people with it.

It took me a two days to complete the bounty altogether. I love Thorn in PvE. Just try not to rely on it too much on PvP because you know how crybaby little shit complainers can be lol.
