I need advice on Iron Banner ranking.,.
I don't have a lot of time to play so I wanted to get to rank 5 on my warlock and rank 3 on my hunter.
I've only managed to reach rank 2 on my warlock by now so I'm not on track.
However, I hear that the tempered buff gets better as the week goes on so will I still be able to reach my target?

Yes the buff gets bigger every day.

Wear all iron banner extras (emblem, shader, class item) Get the buff everyday Do as many IB bounties as you can everyday Stick to getting the rank you want with only one character. Once you get a character to the rank you want (say 5) then every other character you have gets double rep until they get to that rank. Last iron banner I got a char from 0-4 just on Monday because of the buffs and the double rep since another char was rank 5

You will reach for sure if you got to two without much trouble at the beginning of the week here. Out get to sit xp on the weekend days. Especially Sunday and Monday. Do not worry, you got it

You're doing good bro. The buff is crazy if you can play this weekend. Use the bounties. A good machine gun will wreck the other team. The grind is real though.... Very real.

Class item, shader, emblem. Buy the buff and do all bounties. Keep in mind, the buff increases each day. Last IB I turned in all my bounties and went from 1.5 to 3.5 on Sunday. Then just gotta win lol.

4 RisposteYou are well on track. Here's what I did last IB and am doing for this one. Tuesday to Saturday level up first character to rank 5. I only play until I have completed bounties each day for example took 9 matches today. Tempered buff increases each day and becomes pretty huge over the weekend/Monday. Sunday/monday rank other 2 up. Tempered buff and the catch up mechanic by here gives like quadruple points so a few hours tops each day on the last 2 characters and you easily have all 3 at rank 5

8 Risposte-- Make sure to wear all IB gear because each piece boosts your rep more: shader, class item, emblem -- Once you complete all of the bounties for a character, stop playing that one and switch to the other to complete the bounties on them. This is especially important early in the week. You don't get a lot of rep from individual games, turning in the bounties is way more efficient. So if you finish them all on your main and keep playing as them rather than switching over to your second character you are being really inefficient. -- The bonuses get bigger the further in the week you go so if you can't play every day try to prioritize a good chunk of time on Sunday and Monday at the very least.

Do it over the weekend it makes it easy and the lower ranked character gets bonus rep to catch up

And once you get a char to 5, getting the 2nd char to lev 3 will go so fast you'll probably end up taking it to lev 4 just because. There is a "catchup" buff for characters on an account that are lower level, and it's insane. 600 pts for a bounty, 200 for a win insane.

I got to rank 5 on Sunday, and I started in Thursday. So it's possible! Just do the bounties and play whenever you can :) I struggle for play time too because I'm 15 and exams and stuff....

6 RisposteTry to find a team, you have a better chance at winning. If you don't win you don't get rep outside of bounties.

You'll be fine. Get your warlock to rank 3. Then get your Hunter to rank 3. (There is a buff if you have another higher rank character) Then go back to your warlock to rank 5. You have plenty of time and the rep buff gets better every day.

Play the first one to L2 3/4. That will up the bonus on your trailing characters. You'll only NEED to complete two bounties, say the 10k exp and 15 control points. Get the others so that you work then over coming days. Keep at least a full level and a half between your leader and the others, the rep bonus is relative to the difference between your characters. With bonuses, you'll have no trouble getting the secondaries to L3 in a day or two with minimal play and bounties or even L5 doing 4-5 bounties for 3-4 days. Good luck!

Make sure you use the shader/emblem/class item. The buff has a lot more effect later in the week. I suck at pvp and made rank 5 playing for 8 or so hours over the last 2 days

2 RisposteHow much are you playing? Do you have the shader, emblem and class items for your characters? Can you reliably complete all the bounties every time you play? These things will determine whether/how fast you reach your goal.

2 RisposteThe tempered buff gets better each day as the week goes on. Additionally ranking other characters you will get increased xp if you have a higher IB rank on another character. My tip is Play to get your bounties and hopefully win matches along the way and get that main character to the highest level you want. Then play with your 2nd character to get the lower character so buff. Last IB I played my Titan until I got the bounties done that day. I then played with my hunter and warlock to get a few bounties done but didn't turn them in. Then I continued playing with my titan until Friday to try and get rank 5 then once I did I got the tempered buff on my other 2 characters and turned in the bounties I had done earlier in the week. Don't forget to equip the iron banner shader, emblem, class item for a little extra boost as well.

The exp needed to get from 1-3 is less than you need to get from 3-5 and the buffs work in your favor (both the purchased one and the buff where if you have one character ranked, other characters get a boost to match that rank quicker) ETA: Sorry, my recommendations depend on what you are trying to get. Mine sales best to etheric light. Either way, if you get your warlock up to 3 or 5, you'll have no problem getting your hunger to level 3, even if you just start on Sunday.
