What should bungie do about RNG loot?

As we all know, destiny's famous for grinding out loot. Whether you're just starting or a maxed grimoire with every gun in the game worth having, loot is a beautiful thing. And you know this is gunna be a angry rant on how I've done VoG on hard, countless times and yet to receive my well early vex, while hat is true, the angry rant part isn't. So whether we're jumping on one guys back, waiting for his magic work to be done just to benefit you in Crota's end or you pick up your scambled, confused, terrified team in VoG, you know every cheese, strategy and loot chest, but have yet to receive your fabled gjallarhorn or vex, and yet, these guys riding your back like a horse riding session, managed to snag a gjallarhorn from the exotic chest and a vex from Atheon and have no idea what it is and still uses blue armour, you swear of the game. Forever. Don't worry :) most of us have been there. Like with me. I found a group on forums who said they're looking for a guy to help them. We started from the beginning and one of them asked "what's this?" Saying he didn't know what the vault of glass was. And guess what? We finish it and he gets a vex mythoclast. I was so mad that. Not mad cause he got a vex (well, that's more or less half he reason I was mad) but I got the exact same thing. Again. A ship, helmet and 6 shards. Helmet is useless, ship is ugly and I don't need the shards. Now, don't leave in infuriation of that story of the noob who got the mythoclast (he was using blue f#cking gear for crying out loud) cause I would've. But I say, the more you deserve it, the bigger the chance you'll earn it. I say bungie add a system where players who played a lot, gotten over 3000 grimoire or done the particular activity a number of times a bigger chance. Like, say you do the activity first time. You shouldn't get the vex if you've never done it unless you have a staggeringly good statistics board where you out class's everyone else's score with flying colours. But I say that per time you done the activity, you get better thighs over time. Like, every time you do the activity, you gain a 1.5% increase of chance of getting something which is useful. Like, if I do Atheon hard 20 times, I should get 30% extra chance until I get my next. So, thats added on the current chance at the bottom. This makes it a bit fairer in the point of view that you kinda did earn it. I know people think you get a higher chance as you go along but it's not true, it's just a factor of 'better luck next time' which I still get a helmet, ships and shards. Done 14+ VoG's, got 1FV, 1 PF, 0 PR, 2 FB, 2 VoC, 1 AE, 0 PT, 1 CM, 0 HV and 0 VM. Shouldn't I have at least 1 of each? Anyway, 21+ raids, not a single exotic. EVER! Only exotic and a thing close to the 'Raid' is my MC from the VoG exotic chest. Nothing else EVER I needed. I have the worst luck or only the luckiest people on earth play this game. Back to topic. I'd like per 500 grimoire, you get a 5% increase in loot which you need drop for you. I've got 3050 so I would have a 30% chance to get anything I'd actually need or use. So that goes for anything like etheric light, exotic guns/ armour (which I don't have or ever got) and exotic bounties. I'm certain many of you think the same and would love to not dilute your self or your friends saying that you might get it only to have your heart crushed when that noob you was carrying gets the thing you want and you didn't. I really hope people listen and give me their opinions -A unlucky guardian
