Etheric Light Drop Rate
Maybe it's just me but it seems etheric light never drops from the nightfall strike, I'm guessing it's a low drop rate? How has it been for you? I only need 2 or 3 (for now).

They err easy to get just do trials

I haven't gotten any from a nightfall that I can remember, but I have like 7 left in my vault after using 9 of them.

Done three nightfall strikes a week since the HoW came out and I've only ever got one...only ever seen one other guy in my fireteam get one as well. It's pretty damn rare.

It took me 14 nightfalls to get 1 etheric light, between all characters. Good thing I didn't need any at the time.

I've gotten 5 from nightfall. I just hate getting legendary weapons, they all just become motes of light anyways. Now that's the worst nightfall award

Eventually you will just stop caring. I've gotten 2-3 from nightfalls and I'd rather have just about anything else.

Since release of HoW got 2 from NF...i guess not much...nevertheless have already maxed everything for all my 3 char's with EL's of PoE 34+35...i never play ToO...but if you good at any of it, it's not a big thing...

1 RispondiIt won't matter after the next pay wall drops. You can't ascend year one weapons to the next level cap. Stop wasting your time.

Get someone to run you through prison of elders level 34. I helped a level 32 today beat 34 today and he was able to ascend his boots. However, I was only able to do this because I had a fully upgraded gjallarhorn. It sucks they are nerfing that gun because I've used it to help carry so many noobs.

If you do trials and get the 6 win and 8 win package you'll get an etherized light

It has an insane low drop rate. I got it from the WNF once. And that was HoW launch week.

I've run so many nightfalls since how dropped I don't even know. Never had any light drop.

Drop rate is a joke, I've never seen it drop from any activity since HoW launched... never once.

Isn't it every 10,000 experience points you gain you get a free mote of light? If so, correct me I'm wrong of course, maybe every 20,000 exp earned grants an Etheric Light? Could be an easy addition. Also, they could add Etheric Light to certain Bounties too. I'm somewhat casual, have gotten 2 in my time since HoW (Iron Banner), and I'm not inclined to grind 34,35 for hours to get one, don't see it's worth it.

6 RisposteI have 3 characters, combined 15-18 runs I believe since EL was released and I've gotten 0 from NF. I get 2-3 from PoE a week and 4-6 from IB but I just don't have the time for a full run of PoE 35.

2 RisposteI would personally like them to make it drop when you dismantle legendries'.....but they won't due to the crap amount of content they provide for this game....the whole system is out of whack, they need to stop this instant upgrade armor crap, makes the new armor feel cheap and the old armor less valuable...they should never have done this, so many mistakes that could have been avoided if they would stop listing to the PvP players and started trying to play their own freakin story....then ask, what does this game need and test each idea, instead they persist to nerf and buff weapons and armor, ruining their game with their inexperience and it sickens me....
