"Girl gamers"
Is it just me or have you guys never encountered a girl playing Destiny? I just think it's the strangest thing that I've never actually seen a girl on Destiny..

35 RisposteI am a "girl" gamer (if you class 23 a girl not a women but ya know..) have been for many a years! Never used a mic as ive been to nervous or worried.. untill 2 guys from America joined me n they seemed nice talking away asking if i was going to speak n i thought why not? They seemed friendly and the rest is history i feel they are friends now who are helping me with bits i dont know or get like jumping as a warlock now.. that is a point of laughter for us all! Now i speak with people regular.. im the only girl so far but ive seen plenty about. Ive only been playing 10 days im a level 32 and i dont have a good memory so ask me to go somewhere and it may take awhile but i just want to enjoy the game like everyone else. Just because i dont know the tech/info n maps yet dosent mean "ohh its just another dumb girl gamer." Ill learn just like everyone else did when they first started.

I know one good one. The rest I played with, I'll never add. Some really do seek attention, it's a shame as they make a bad rap for the ones who actually just want to play games. Also, thirsty dudes are pretty annoying too. If you're playing with a bad girl gamer, you gotta deal with those too.

I've got about 5 on my friends list 2 that I play with regularly and they aren't bad I've had people join my game and cuss them out saying fps is no place for a girl when they hear them talk

All the time. Usually only notice thanks to my inbox and them telling me to be honest. Apparently I've made a few of em mad in crucible (still trying to figure out how) and they went to message me and noticed my gender as well. But eh. No matter. It's not something new or that's rare for me to meet another female gamer. Heck my guilds/free companies are full of em.

I think I've maybe played with one or two. My friends sister plays and I've done trials with her so that's definitely one. But aside from her I can't truly say.

You've probably actually encountered quite a few. Every random you play with could be a girl for all you know. If they don't use a mic, there's no way too tell.
