How did Bungie think the PoE weapons would be received well?
Seriously. The base stats are mediocre and you completely removed an entire tier of perks so I can get additional shank Damage on a rocket launcher...wtf? There is literally no reason other than etheric light to do PoE anymore, and that is even a diminishing need.
