It would have micro transactions like forza

2 RisposteIt's funny because I was thinking the same thing. The Halo games are amazing so much so that I never played the first Halo until last month and it was fun as hell. Tbh though I would have preferred they worked with Zenimax so they could combine fallout/elder scrolls type of dynamic maps instead of the mesh we ended up getting. Or a mix of destiny and no mans sky
-
9 RisposteAre we comparing Activision vs Microsoft? I like Microsoft over Activision, I just don't know if the game would differ. I think Sony would be the best Publisher.
-
13 RisposteMicrosoft would've given them until September of this year, if it meant releasing a fully developed and amazing game. Look at the Halo games, Microsoft gave Bungie a lot of time and money to ensure that they made quality games. They didn't rely too much on DLC profits because they knew that a well made Halo would bring players back when the next Halo game came out, and that strategy worked for 8 years.

1 RispondiI hope EVERYONE in activison never gets a job in the gaming business ever again
-
the reason bungie left is because they wanted to make destiny but microsoft didnt want to. there is a destiny easter egg in halo 3 odst. they had the plans for destiny for a long time and it would have been much better with microsoft
-
Bungie wasn't out of line, Activision was.
-
They would have better writers or a better story
-
6 RisposteIt wasn't Sony it was Activision no matter what company they went with Activision would have messed it up.
-
You confuse yourself. Activision has nothing to do with Destiny other than publishing rights. Bungie agreed to the contract in 2012, giving themselves the deadline. Research is key before posting on this topic. Again, Microsoft had nothing to do with Halo other than publishing rights.
-
3 RisposteBungie put Microsoft in line. Activision F everything up. Microsoft didn't put limitations as much as Activision did.
-
1 RispondiHas nothing to do with Microsoft or Sony. Has everything to do with partnering up with Activision
-
15 RisposteEven EA would've been better
-
2 RisposteWhat about treyarc?
-
Phil Spencer Microsoft? Yes. The other scrub who quit? -blam!- no.
-
Halo mmo sounds good to me
-
2 RisposteCan you clarify what you're asking? I assumed that you were asking if a Bungie/Microsoft team would be better than a Bungie/Activision team. However, after reading the replies on here it seems that everyone else has assumed that you meant Bungie/Microsoft vs Bungie/Sony...
-
1 RispondiI think Bungie should have stayed with Mac, personally. Marathon and Myth were epic.
-
1 RispondiYes but since MS had Halo I really doubt they'd go for another game like it. I do think Bungie could have gone with Sony and done well but that would have made it an exclusive too. Though honestly it looks like MS is trying to distance itself from Bungie as Sony is getting all the exclusives so by Destiny 3 it could be a PS exclusive game.

Modificato da Project Zero: 7/19/2015 9:49:49 AMThis is like asking me which shit looks better, the shit taken in a white porcelain toilet, or the one taken in a black porcelain toilet? It's a shit no matter how you look at it, and the same goes for this game.
-
4 RisposteYes XBOX would do the publishing XBOX isn't greedy Activision -blam!-ed this game
-
Modificato da shangrila117: 7/19/2015 9:45:55 AMI think so. Activision's greed, or at the very least their business model, shines through in almost every aspect of this game. Find a company that isn't obsessed with keeping people on a hamster wheel so they will continually buy whatever new DLC is crapped out and Destiny might have had a chance. Unfortunately, this is all we have to look forward to for the next 10 years. If the game even lasts that long...
-
9 RisposteActually, Microsoft DIDN'T want bungie to make destiny. Destiny would not exist if bungie was still with Microsoft.
-
If Microsoft were involved, the game would be only on XBox & potentially PC
-
Yeah but Microsoft didn't want Bungie to make destiny, they wanted just more Halos, hence the split
-
They were more lenient, but I doubt Destiny would have turned out the way they wanted it to anyway.
