If you're one of those, "I'm requiring Gjallerhorn now," guys, just stop.
Lemme make this real simple: Bungie nerfs the Gjallerhorn because Raid groups were too stubborn about who can and can't join their games, basically who has Gjallerhorn and who doesn't.
The scummy part of this community goes, "Durr hurr, I'm gonna require Gjallerhorn even more now to teach Bungie a lesson!"
Bungie says, "It looks like Gjallerhorn is [i]still[/i] the go-to weapon for Raid groups, so we're gonna nerf it some more."

But by all means, if you're so afraid to do endgame content without Gjallerhorn, be my guest, and get your precious rocket launcher nerfed into the ground.

I took me 9 months before I got a ghorn. Why can't people make better friends? I played with people who wanted to play with me. I didn't force anyone. Anyone on ps4 add: Just_dreze if you need friends for raids or crucible

They wont risk nefring it any more, theyve already enraged the community with this update and started a freaking civil war. Anyway, LFG groups will also be looking for more gjallarhorns because the current amount needed wont be enough. They havent really fixed anything, just made things worse.

I never asked for gjally, as long as you had good max weapons and knew the activity you could play with me, obviously no jerks allowed. But now because of whiners we are getting our weapon nerfed, and to compensate the power lost we will require more than 1 gjally. That's how it is going to be now, not to teach bungie a lesson, but to teach all the whiners a lesson

What you fail to see is that people like myself are being punished for others crying nerf, most of whom don't even own the weapon to give a realistic opinion. I've never excluded anyone for any weapon choice yet here we are. They are just jealous and acting out of spite due to that jealousy. Now everyone without gets punished. It doesn't matter if it continues to get nerfed moving forward. The weapon will not be it's former self so who cares. Now it's about exercising what little power we (Ghorn owners) have left seeing as we had no say in the nerf to begin with yet others seem to have the power to fuk us over. You can specifically thank nerf babies and Bungie for this new division of players.

Gallahorn should be a swarm missle launcher, terrible for single target, but the best in the game for large groups. Gally would still be useful for some activities, but couldnt be mandated by raiders

The elitism wasn't nearly as bad as everyone made out. Now it's going to be alot worse because we won't want to carry scrubs like you who can't do their share of damage because RNGeesus hasn't blessed you with the awesomeness that is the gally

To teach bungie a lesson even if it's as shit as nlb you still require it to have if you do a raid or poe you don't need to use it just show that you have one

Ya know people just wanna do things fast sometimes when they require it right? It's not like It affects you, you can just not message that guy on LFG and message anyone who doesn't require it. Lol not that hard never understood why people get so upset. Sometimes people wanna be cheap and use synth and fire rockets the whole way through PoE cuz they only have 30 minutes to do it and Ghorn is just the most efficient way cuz wolfpacks wipe out mobs or a single powerful target

the players always asking for Gallys only are the ones with no skill imo, my team often done things with 1 gally and the rest using crappy rockets, didnt stop us :)

Well you see, depending on how bad the nerf is, it will take more Gjallarhorn shots to accomplish something such as taking down Crota's shield. Now I'm not someone who excludes people for not having the weapon, but for others it's different. The Gjallarhorn or gtfo elitists will be even worse because the Gjallarhorn won't be good enough for them to be okay with that person or two that just has HoC. They'll just require another person with Gjally to meet their ridiculous standards. Bungie needed to have left the weapon alone, or not made it so ridiculously powerful in the first place.

1 Rispondisee what im waiting to happen is for people liek then to demand Ghorn, then for bungie to rework it form a Single target DPS weapon to a Group DPS weapon by doing this change. wolf pack rounds: once the original rockets goes off, wolfpack rounds seek towards the closest targets not hit by the original rocket. they will also proboly remove Proximoty Deination from Ghorn too.
