Petition to save Icebreaker, Black Hammer, and Gjallarhorn
Sign here if you would like to show Bungie what you think of our favourite weapons being rendered less effective!
Snipers didn't need to be touched, except for final round.
Icebreakers regeneration rate for ammo will be lowered from 5 seconds for a bullet to 8 seconds, which means it'll take 48 seconds for a full magazine. That means that in PVP, it's useless now because you lose all ammo on respawn. Also the slower regeneration rate effectively lowers its DPS by 30%.
Black Hammer will no longer give you ammo, it just reloads for you.
And as for Gjallarhorn, now groups are going to require more of them since it is weaker, and there will be even more "must have max gally" crap in Recruitment and LFG.
And even if you only agree for one of those two choices to be saved, sign anyway and mention which one.
Remember, if you do agree say "signed" in the comments and feel free to explain why. If you don't agree, tell my why and I'll listen. :)

Edit: And has anyone noticed that no one complained about PVE except for people who just couldn't get Gjallarhorn to drop? And now with the whole Xur thing people are even more pissed. The least we can do is just sign these petitions to save our weapons.

Just have Xur, sell gjallarhorn. Problem solved. The sniper nerfs don't make much sense to me. They nerfed bosses and tank battles because they took too long only to turn around and nerf the weapons that made them go quicker? Not sure I understand where bungie is coming from on that one.

This is the total wrong approach. Give ppl a REASON to use the others, don't take away our reason to use the ones that are already powerful.

Disagreed. Black hammer is barely getting nerfed if you think about it. Gjallarhorn is just overpowered and years the community apart. Icebreaker I do agree with.

Signed. I don't really even use Blackhammer or Icebreaker often as it is, after a nerf I can't see me even taking them out of Vault. I prefer my Praedyths Revenge with field scout and just use a synth if needed, that's enough for most PvE situations.

the ice breaker nerf is useless, that was never needed. the black hammer nerf i dont know how to feel about, never had one but it seems ok to me. the gjally nerf im fine with, cos it leaves room for variety and use of other rockets and heavies. and other exotics can be used more as gjally no longer seriously outranks all other exotcis for bosses and general PVE.

This is so useless, no matter what "petition" you start in the forum, it's not gonna change anything. G-horn is gone, black hammer, gone. Icebreaker, nerfed. We should't think on how to move forward with these changes for the better.
