Nerf isn't good enough, the G-Horn needs to be hit harder!
This patch is a step in the right direction from bungie. The outrage on these forums obviously shows bungie that they've made the correct decision.
G-Horn has reigned supreme since the first week of destiny. It's the weapon of choice for scrub players who need that clutch launcher to clear difficult content.
The 20% damage reduction won't make that much of a difference. I'm calling for a 50% damage reduction at the least for Ghally.
This will mean players can find groups without discrimination. It will also add diversity to the current weapons table in the game. Overall a more balanced, fun game with players that will adapt and become skilled.

1 RispondiEven if the wolf packs got nerfed by 50% they would still make the gally the best rocket in game.. it took 6 rockets to kill rkts mc dickface with solar burn on.. 50% reduction would mean it takes 12 rockets.. so be it.

They haven't released the percentage nerf publicly so you don't know how weak or severe the nerf is. 2) by nature nothing will hurt gjallarhorns place as the best DPS weapon unless somehow 7 rockets + 7 rockets worth of wolf pack rounds is weaker than 8 rockets from truth. Bungie hasn't done anything. You low levels and players with no friends just got screwed cause we're not carrying you anymore. Less damage = more gallys wanted. Enjoy whatever win you think you got dumb ass. Enjoy not playing any end game content ever again.

1 RispondiGreat video, my family has a history of addiction. I love going to the casino, I used to go every week, the addiction was real. Most video games I have had in the past I would burn through so quick but Destiny has seriously cut down on my gambling. And for that I'm thankful. (Unfortunately when fallout 4 comes out destiny is getting sidelined)

And I agree, people who don't think it should've been nerfed are being blind and not looking at what is actually best for the game. I've seen very few constructive posts/videos with actual (good) reasons as to why it should not be nerfed.

These weapon patch notes are why I'm not buying the Taken King. Bungie screwed themselves on this one guys. They screwed they're year one players, they screwed the people who have wanted gjally and then finally got it, they screwed their whole fan base the way that they've sold their dlc's, I'm going to spend my money on something a lot better such as Fallout 4 which will DESTROY this pathetic excuse for a game now.
