Gally owners. You did it to your selves. Get over it
All you gally owners that are now crying about the nerf
You have no one to blame apart from your selves.
I and many others have been turned down from raids because i wasnt gifted a gally like you guys.
Everything in the game can be done with out gally,
But your all sat on your pedistool high and mighty because you were lucky enough to be gifted one from rng and treated every one else like peasents.
Its not that even big a nerf
BUT i do believe bungie should have added optional matchmaking so this cant happen instead of nerfing gjallahorn

No its gonna b worse now cause it does less damage so now people will only play with 3 gally owners now. I never cared if anyone had a gally I carried some of my friends through stuff as long as they had some kind of launcher or weapons that could help

I'm glad it's getting nerfed. Using gjally for everything was getting very boring.

It's a mistake to group all gally users together with lfg assholes. I'm a gally owner, never once been an elitist retard to folk who haven't got it, it's an RNG drop, sign of low self esteem to me if it makes some fools have an inflated ego. Most of my friends don't have it. 100% agreed on the optional matchmaking.

Uk the funny thing is every time I have ever been invited to a group that said gally only usually the person who invited me didn't even have one. I have seen this happen many times so it's not only gally owners but also those that don't have it and want to make it easier on themselves. Personally my issue with the gally nerf wasn't that gally was to powerful but that the only alternative in the game didn't really work. I'm talking about cluster bomb, IMO this perk should have been similar to Wolfpack rounds just slightly weaker but it hardly hits the target u want. If the clusters landed and dealt decent damage it would have been closer to gally just a step down which should have been the case.

IBungie had chance to buff other Heavey Weapons instead of nerfing Ghally but they didn't. None of the players i played with required a Ghally to compete in Raids and trust me i played over 150-200 players . I assisted many new comers with the help of my Ghally and allowed them to Level up . If you only choose to look at bad things , surely Ghally is an exclusivity which Bungie created. None of us asked Bungie to design a boss kill mechanic that require Heavy Weapon attack. None of us asked Bungie to create unfair end game reward system. None of us asked Bungie not to implement optional matchmaking system. None of us asked Bungie not to limit Ghally sale from Xur In fact with the nerf on Ghally , that extremely limited Raid exclusivity will increase because Ghally will be nerfed like and brought back to useless status similar as the other Heavy Machine guns. Imagine a rocket will do close damage to a sniper bullet :)

1 RispondiI did everything Destiny has to offer with out the Gjallarhorn iam a day one player and just got the Gjallarhorn like 3 weeks ago its people like you crying on the forums for nerf's to guns because you suck and because of the gun nerf's the game is starting to suck I have never been told I could not raid because I don't have a Gjallarhorn

I never said a word. But I am not upset. Gjallarhorn is useful for only certain things and it really makes the game less stylish if you know what i mean? I hated that it made other player unfriend each other, or even specific raid or nightfall groups. Very very childish behavior to exclude somebody because they don't have a weapon.

2 RisposteYou might want to edit your post to say "some of you Gally owners" because not once have I ever requested someone to have a Ghorn. I post myself on LFG and ask for people to invite me, or I'll invite you. You can complete Raids and PoE and more without a single Gjallarhorn. I have one, yea. I'm angry about the nerf, yes. Gally didn't need a damned nerf at all, but it happened because of elitists that "require" the weapon.

It's all those scrubs on lfg fault Need 365 gjhallarhorn and lv34 for vog???? just because you have gjhallarhorn it doesn't make you good and being 34 doesn't make you instant good either Plus you don't need to be any higher than the activity since damage is basically flat lined and only based on weapons damage at that point

3 RisposteI have done every post game activity up to and including Skolas with my 365 Truth. I accepted I had no Gally yet I still prevailed. I went and did normal VoG 3 weeks ago. On my other character I got Praetorian Foil and Ice Breaker (a rare form of exotic shard) from the gorgon chest. Then, I joked I would get a Gally, the only weapon I needed. I opened the chest and I got the Gally. I finished it and then after a day and a half I had it maxed. I was finally happy. Then, I found out about the nerf. I was dismayed because I finally got to use the gun I sought after. What I will say. It's been hard to find groups to do activities without a Gally, but in the end I always found one. Now, I will not say I earned it as it is purely based on RNG. However, I believe I deserved it. Now, it is nerfed right after I got it. What I'm trying to say is that Bungie let one Guardian down after one of his most joyful days in his gamin career. If I don't make sense I'm sorry because I've been baking in a car for the past 8 hours without air conditioning and I'm feeling lightheaded.

i get confused when bungie says "this is not how we want the game to be played" really? Don't they do test runs on these perks? Besides there are always different ways of playing a game
