No damage fall off? YES!
High default stability? YES!
Lots of bouncy bullets? FUN!
The new buff will mean that Hardlight will have the following advantages over other rifles.
-Maximum aim assist
-Nearly max handling for lighting fast aiming
-No damage falloff negating the new range nerf
-10% more damage that other rifles of its rate of fire tier due to aggressive ballistics
-lightning fast reloads
-its new super skip round may ending up allowing for some interesting things!
Edit: I think it's funny that some people can't understand that "Hardlight projectiles" are all bullets fired from Hardlight and that the gun will have no damage fall off period. Please reread the patch notes if you are a misinformed person who things the no damage fall off buff is only for ricocheted bullets.

1 RispondiUmm no. Try again. Hard Light still sucks.
-
I was wrecking with abyss defiant normal fire rate.
-
That's good. I maxed my hard light and my Monte Carlo recently :) can't wait to get home and Try them out.
-
3 RisposteAfter using the gun, there is definitely damage falloff.

5 RisposteModificato da KhorosheyRabotnik: 9/9/2015 2:24:32 AMAll that is true really. Doesn't change its maximum visual kick value, or increase its TTK enough to beat out a suros. Also: field scout no longer increases mag, and fitted stack does close to nothing.
-
2 RisposteIt wasn't the best gun ever, but it was fun to shoot. Had a blasty! Suros is a beast again on PvE

7 RisposteModificato da HMBravo: 7/23/2015 2:54:27 AMHere you go everybody, here is your definition of "Projectile Weapon". It is the first thing you see when you type that term into Google.
Projectile weapons are mostly relatively primitive devices that accelerate and direct bullets or other solid objects toward a target to achieve damaging effects by direct application of kinetic energy. Hand-held projectile weapons are also known as firearms.
Okay. The direct quote from Bungie is that "There will be no damage falloff for Hardlight Projectiles". I would hope we can all agree that by looking at this definition, we can use our brains and conclude that Hardlight is a projectile weapon. It is shooting projectiles, in this case, the hardight "bullets" (solid objects). Nowhere in the definition or the quote from Bungie say one damn thing about anything bouncing.

I prefer suros and nechrochasm over it
-
After having used the gun, there is damage fall off, it is good though.
-
8 RisposteAuto rifles are by far the easiest to use and the most powerful guns it is so gross I'm using no land beyond
-
1 RispondiHardlight Projectiles are bullets that have ricochet off a surface, those are bullets, even if Omolon uses a "liquid" for it.
-
6 RisposteHow much does it do per headshot
-
1 RispondiI wouldn't say hard light is OP now, but it is a lot of fun to use. Does anyone know if it is coming to year 2?
-
4 RisposteThe no damage fall off is only for the bullets that have rocochetted. Damage fall off still pertains.
-
Modificato da No1GivesaFuk: 9/9/2015 4:23:48 AMPretty funny hard light is good right now a couple week or month... Someone will start complaining about that... like WTF
-
1 RispondiAnd Monte Carlo is a freakin laser beam now.
-
It sucks
-
5 RisposteI was excited about the damage buff Hardlight was about to get. Then I realised it only gained 1 extra point of damage which makes no -blam!-ing difference.
-
Want it so badly to come to Year 2.
-
Yeah. I got owned several times in the crucible with hard light this evening
-
You're wrong about field scout it's not going to increase the mag size. It's going to increase your reserve amo
-
Mida nation
-
2 RisposteShhhhh! Don't tell everyone. You know what will happen.
-
Pretty good in my opinion
-
5 RisposteI just used it in 2.0 and dude. The trick shots you can pull now. I shoot around phalanx shields like no one's business. Walls and corners ain't nothing. It's awesome.
