Black Hammer and Ice Breaker
With the white nail change you effectively ruin the usefulness of this gun. Watch it's use drop massively. And Ice Breaker?? It was slow to begin with, now it's even slower?? Thanks for ruining PVE because of some whiny PVP players.

4 RisposteYeah, these really didn't need to be nerfed. There's no point in using Black Hammer anymore. While Nail wasn't good because it made you not have to reload, it was good because it didn't use up your ammo. The perk is useless now. Ice Breaker doesn't need a longer charge time. Maybe in PvP, MAYBE, but definitely not in PvE. Nerfing Gjallarhorn is just pointless. It's still going to be the strongest Heavy available, it's just not going to kill things as fast. And believe me, getting things done too fast on PvE wasn't a complaint anybody had.

Whining PvP players?!? The whit nail perk was a broken PvE perk that provided UNLIMITED amo!!

The rest of the changes don't bother me but these two really piss me off. Cozmo, please tell your new buddies to reconsider this change.

I'm not sure about the whiny PvP player part, but this does seem like and end of life change for Black hammer. I was already not using Ice Breaker because it takes so long to charge ammo, so that gun is probably out too. Looks like I'm back to good old LDRs..

Haha, definitely agree. Who knows if it was the whining of PvP or PvE becoming a snipe-Fest, but this nerf was totally uncalled for.

While I hate what was done to both of these weapons I'm not sure this is something we can blame on the PvP crowd. I don't recall ever reading either weapon being on the PvP hate list.
