Elemental Primaries (PoE)
I'm wondering how I can get an elemental primary from Poe. I know it encloses skolas but idk much more after that.

Random and I have beat skolas about 5 times and haven't seen one drop yet.

It drops after skolas dies, at the same time that you would get an elder cipher.

There is a random chance you will get a primary weapon when completing the level 35 Prison of Elders challenge. If you get one, it will pop up before you get to the treasure room, unlike the guaranteed mission rewards (armor core, weapon core, etheric light). If you get a primary weapon from Skolas at level 35, it will have a random element on it.
