I'm over it now. But the RAM is still pretty crazy.

Might've been lag... But everyone was green bar.
Some shots probably didn't register,cthat is the most likely case.

OP decides "I don't need a high impact shotgun, this lower impact shotgun is just fine" OP find that his lower impact shotgun does t always kill enemies in one hit if they are using the Ram Because OP has already decided the first thing is true, he must find a way to change reality to support his initial decision. (He wants to kill people in one hit with his shotgun, but rather than just switch to a shotgun that does this, he decides it makes more sense to change the game instead) NOW, despite OP's faulty logic, I still think he came to the correct conclusion - the Ram is too strong. Personally, I think all players should have Ram-level armor as baseline. More survivability across the board would make for more interesting gunplay and interactions.
