Warlock is the crutch class of destiny and that will never change. From the beginning warlocks have been bungie's pretty little princesses who get everything. Hunters and Titans have some things that may be considered op but the warlocks have everything thing op. I don't know what happened to the original post went but.... I just missed one pellet everytime I hit him, which allowed him to live. My bad. But the point still stands! A lower impact shotgun should kill you with one shot at point blank. You roll a Titan thinking your heavy and bulky armor will make you a beast at pvp/ pve. Aim for the head. Also, if I don't immediately see a guy die when I shoot him with a shotgun I instantly follow with a punch (old Halo instincts serve me well).

The ram can't. The only things it can do by itself with max armor is survive 2 thorn headshots+ burn (leaves you with a sliver of health) A hunter's flux nade. And a shoulder charge. but you need to grab angry magic to get the armor boost to do so. Ram is only silly when tanking in combination with radiant skin and flame shield. My guess is missed pellets or a bad case of latency causing some shots to not register on his end. I one shot ram users fairly frequently with shotguns. Even my old 2 to the morgue.

Seems ram is the new thorn for everyone to whine about now.....

You're using your shotgun wrong

My crash one shots max def ram users. It doesn't have the impact of felwinters or matador but still gets the job done.

That's why you need to run sniper and no-scope headshot from shotgun range.

You were lagging sir, the I have a low impact secret handshake that can one shot ram users, also I think the ram is great for countering the overpowers things in crucible such as thorn. The real problem is that when people lag they somehow become God-mode.

That's why you should use a high impact shotgun. You can't have a super high rof and one shot kill like high impact shotty. I think it's perfectly reasonable to survive a blast with the ram on

But if even the low impact shotguns kill people with extra armor perk, then what's the point of different impact shotguns, or extra armor? Then everyone would run around with a high RoF/auto shotgun. The point is variety. Not every situation calls for the same weapon. If it's not working, change up your tactics to match the situation, not expect your same tactics to work in every situation.

Tried using Praedyth's revenge on a Ram user the other day.... Lolz. Two shot, if one is a headshot. 3 body shots. Insane.
