I can't get Fatebringer
I've been playing Destiny since the month after it came out, did the Year 1 triumph, got my characters 33 and up, done the raids God knows how many times. I find I do the Vault of Glass Hard mode every week and yet no Fatebringer. I have every Crota weapon from HoG to the word but I can't get the one weapon I truly want FROM THE FIRST RAID. Like I have Jewel of Osiris (Adept) with Arc damage but it doesn't feel as good as a Fatebringer, anyone else have this problem?

5 RisposteThis is how you get it: When the Templar is about ready to die, you stop shooting at him and let everyone else keep firing. Make sure you DONT DIE, and while watching his health, try and time a jump so that you jump through his disappearing/disintegrating body. You NEED to pass through him as his body is dying. If you do it, Fatebringer will drop. Took me to my third character one week after I found about this method. The first try I jumped too soon and he killed me. The second time I jumped too late and went off the ledge and died. The third time it worked! I've gotten all three of mine this way, within 2 weeks. You're welcome.

The last 4 or 5 weeks I've been running the raid 3 times a week, still haven't gotten it. That's not even counting the sporadic runs from throughout year 1.

1 RispondiEveryone has that one gun. Only gun I'm missing from any of the raids is the Light of the Abyss. I want to get it before TTK is released. Cuz I think we all know months down the road people aren't going to want to go back there for rewards that are pretty much junk.

I thought i'd never get it once. That day I got Fatebringer, Word of Crota and an Icebreaker. Don't call it short.

Feel your pain. I'm still looking for the Timepiece and Song of Ir Yut. RNG is rough sometimes.

1 RispondiLet me put this out there, The completions mean shit. You can only get Fatebringer from Templar, I have everything I need from gate keeper and atheon so on some weeks I don't even bother completing the raid. I grind the hell out of Templar
