Patch Notes: 1.2.0.5
Guardians!
In today's patch, we have addressed a number of outstanding issues.
We appreciate your patience as we install the necessary components
to improve gameplay in a number of different, yet critical ways.
In patch 1.2.0.5 we have modified Destiny in the following ways:
--Reduced damage from Thorn by 85%
--Removed the DoT (damage over time) effect caused by Thorn
--Reduced Thorn's range by 90%
--Reduced the bullets per Thorn clip from 7 to 2
--Increased the rate of Thorn reloading by 10%
--Increased the max level Guardian cap from 34 to 50; Guardians will now need to earn Bluficient Light from end game activities, including the Prison of Elders level 35 and by going flawless (9 wins without a loss) in Trials of Osiris, or by killing a dreg
--Guardians must earn 3 Bluficient Light to go up one level
--All weapons require Bluficient light in order to reach the new weapons cap of 700 (increased from the former 365 max).
--Raid activites have been discontinued, including the Vault of Glass and Crota's End
--The Warlock class has been discontinued; all Guardians will now be either Hunters, Titans, or the new class Custodians
--Randall the Vandal has been buffed; he is now as powerful as a thousand Crotas. We playtested with a fireteam of three level 34 Guardians, who battled Randall for 6 hours before concluding that the rewards were not worth it (there were no rewards).
--We are nerfing the term nerf. We now call it deefficientizing. To put it humorously, we are deefficientizing nerfing. And now a buff is now called a nerf.
--The Crucible has been replaced with our new PvP game mode called Solitaire- a card-based strategy game that players will be pleased to learn will not be adversely affected by server upload speeds or the Internet in general.

Git gud scrubs! I just cheesed Randall with my new level 2 Custodian. If you kneel on his shank friend, Randall can't hit you. I just meleed him about 3300 times, and he died and gave me a green engram!
