I actually started using lfg sites lately and had some great experiences (and many more terrible ones haha). I've joined a bunch of teams but everyone always ends up quitting (lots without mics and only a few people who have done it before)

I think no mics are fine as long as they know what they're doing. But yeah you'll have bad experiences, I joined a party with everyone yelling at me even though I was doing the best, but I had no mic then
